Paidverts has been the go-to site for any PTC user because of it’s trusted payments and high earning potential. But, does that mean Paidverts safe ? My recent research and experience with this site says it’s not safe.
From the last few years, I have made more money at Paidverts than any other paid-to-click site ; thanks to the owner of PV. I really do not know his name as he often changes his name from time to time. It may appear disgusting to new people, but If you are already a Mytrafficvalue forum user, then you would definitely agree with me.
In this post (My comeback to EJ) , I am revealing the list of unethical practices made by Paidverts in the recent times. Since they never kept any payments unpaid so far they are able to keep the virtual reputation as a genuine company.
I would say that it is not a scam if you see from their end, but it’s not worth investing here if you want profits all the time. Just ask yourself, who would pay 20% profit without involving you in any risk of loosing the same amount ?
I Did Lost Nothing With BAP Swaps
Personally, I lost nothing from my own investments with the last two BAP swaps that were rolled in the span of just four months. But, what I lost is a bunch of referrals who were investing heavily for Ad purchases. That would be an indirect loss for me anyway.
My referrals were not as sharp as I was, so they were unaware of the arriving giant monster in the name of BAP swap, which collapsed the BAP building they had built slowly with hard work and reinvestments.
However, I was able to rescue a few of them by emailing to convert their BAP into shares weeks before the swap, but the remaining had to suffer for not checking their mail inbox frequently. Even those who were alerted by me lost something because the share price was already down to cutoff.
Anyway, what is a BAP swap ?
They say, “ BAP swap is a way to collect more time for paidverts to return money to it’s investors and effectively remove debt from the system “.
I say , “ It’s a way to create panic and leave the gamble between users “. Of Couse, I have to say it whether you agree or not.
I mentioned above as gambling which you will understand after reading this complete article.
The First Swap Of The Year
The first swap of the year came right at the start of the new calendar. All the BAP that people had , were converted into shares at a rate of 1 share per 227 Bonus Ad Points.
Users had to sell their shares at a rate of $0.10 to get any profit from their investments. Luckily, that happened. Those who panicked and sold their shares for lower , lost a lot of money. But most people were successful in avoiding loss, but profit remained to be unachievable for a general user.
I sold all my shares at a rate of $0.09, so practically there is neither profit nor loss for me. That is not the case with others. Most people were panic about losing everything and so they sold at a cheaper price for only the benefit of big investors.
The Second And Worst Swap
Within few months, Paidverts again rolled another BAP swap, but this time the share price needed to reach $0.20 per share to avoid any loss. However, that never happened. Even after two years from the swap, today, the shares are still stuck at below $0.01.
Things got more complex when Paypal blocked Paidverts, and the CEO was changed. All of this led to think about Mytrafficvalue and PV as partial scams.
It’s clear that Paidverts failed to keep the promise of raising share rate and as a result innocent people are still stuck with their worthless shares. They don’t know what to do with these worthless shares. My inbox is now filled with verbal abuses about paidverts from my referrals and I have no right to lie them to calm down. Do I ? For my goodness, there are no real life friends in my referral list.
Why A Debt or BAP Swap Is Needed ?
Before understanding about swaps , you must properly know how Paidverts works. I think you know it, so I’m not going to repeat all the nonsense again and again in my blog. In case you don’t know, consider reading the below post.
A debt swap is considered as a way to minimize the debt generated in the system due to every ad purchase. Paidverts used to pays $1.55 worth of BAP for every investment of $1.05. That added $0.50 to the existing debt of the total system. (Note : Now they are giving only $1.20 value of BAP for every ad purchase of $1)
A debt or BAP swap converts all the BAP into shares to minimize that created debt. You might think how that works. See, if the Bonus Ad Points are turned into shares, those shares will only be bough by other PV or MTV users with fresh money , and Paidverts doesn’t need to pay for the BAP as they promised.
Understood ? Shares will be sold and bought between users . So, the owners of PV and MTV don’t require to bother about the debt that they have. As I have mentioned at the start of this post, it’s a type of gamble between users. Because, one’s gain in shares is other’s loss. To say precisely, sellers will loose and buyers will gain at this time.
I said unethical, because users were not informed about the swap at the time of joining or investing at the site. Also the owners of Paidverts are the ones who should pay the debts if their idea fails, not the users.
Why Share Price Not Rising ?
If there is a good demand for shares, the price will sky rocket. Since most people are trying to get out of the site and nobody wants to stuck inside with new investments, the shares are purchased between users at a slow pace and more bids to sell taking the price further down. As a result, the price is stuck at below $0.01.
Also, with the BAP swaps coming regularly, the purchases of first tracks and bulk ads decreasing significantly.
Other Controversies With Paidverts
Adding salt to the wound, payments through paypal is now fully blocked. it has led to sudden traffic dip to the site as Paypal is the only payment gateway for many. But the only positive point is that this site never kept any payment unpaid and still running a trusted business despite all the failures.
I am ending my updated Paidverts review from here and I am completely sure that Paidverts will never recover to the lost glory days again, since this business model is unsustainable.
